Radfield Home Care
Sector: Domiciliary Care
Radfield Home Care specialises in providing care to older people within the comfort of their own home. With the percentage of over 65s expected to reach 20% of the UK’s population by 2020, hospitals are becoming overcrowded, local authorities are supporting less and less people, and alternative care solutions are in increasing demand. With over 35 years experience in the healthcare sector, Radfield helps relieve these strains by providing the private marketplace with a compassionate and quality-led solution.
After growing up in their parents’ original Radfield residential home and developing four company owned Radfield Home Care branches, franchisors and siblings, Dr Hannah MacKechnie and Alex Green launched the franchise opportunity in June 2016. In the first 18 months, six franchises joined the network to take advantage of their wealth of industry experience, knowledge and values-first approach – something that led Radfield to become the UK’s first B-Corp ethically accredited healthcare organisation.
